What data we process

We process data that you provide yourself when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Signal, or when you sign up for the B2B shop:

• name and contact details, such as email address and phone number
• company name and business ID
• the content of messages, such as quote requests and orders

How the data is used

We use the data to respond to enquiries, to process quotes and orders, and to manage customer relationships. If you sign up for the B2B shop, we will let you know when it opens. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and on managing customer relationships and contracts.

How long the data is kept

We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry or the customer relationship. Accounting records are kept for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act.

Disclosure of data

We do not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes. If you contact us via WhatsApp or Signal, messages pass through these services in accordance with their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, visitor analytics or advertising tracking. Your browser remembers your language choice so that the language notice is not shown again. This is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us. The website's server may record standard technical log data, such as IP addresses, to keep the website working and secure.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you and to request its correction or deletion. You may also object to the processing of your data. Send your request to info@agripower.fi. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection legislation, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
